Q: Will our website be backed up?
A: The website configuration is backed up daily to an FTP server.

Q: Will our website ever be down?
A: The site will only have to be down if a major failure has occurred. Mysummit.net will try to notify clients as soon as a failure has occurred or down-time is expected.
